  1. No returns allowed on used and opened machines due to customer remorse: We do not accept returns on machines that have been used or opened due to customer remorse. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before opening or using the machine.

  2. Customer responsible for shipping expenses: In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred.

  3. Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 30-50% may be applied depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee is assessed to cover the costs associated with restocking and processing the returned item.

  4. Limited warranty: All machines come with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more information on coverage and limitations.
